Utilitarianism

You've lost your brother/sister to AIDS.
They were infected by a killer strain given by a one night stand.
This killer strain is resistent to any medical treatment.
Is it justifiable to kill the person with the killer strain to prevent the deaths of many others?
You can say-> One person doesn't matter ...your saving many!
BUT
Would you kill your brother/sister if they had killer strain?
Don't people engaging in sexual activities have a responsibility in prevention and not taking any risks?
