staring contest.

So I'm sitting here having a staring contest with Jojo. He seems to be poking his head out of the water and staring at me..VERY INTENSLY..that it sorta creeps me out and makes me feel wanted. WOW! Speaking of amphibians and reptiles I was just reading an article in the Globe and Mail:

Basically, to sum it up in a few words, weed killers(made of artazine) are turning male frogs into female. Now it was pretty funny. But when you look at the big picture.. HOLY SHIT. Imagine consuming a life time worth of this water! Now some people would be like oh who cares?? "It's just the frogs and rats(one strain of rats were found having mammary tumours because of artazine) messed up by this." Rats and humans have a common ancestor so I'm pretty sure our genetic variations aren't off. It ain't easy the whole issue with our environment.. It's hard to change when we go accustom to something convenient and cheap. I guess the main issue is why is North American countries still using artazine? It has been banned in Europe! We're paving our path to self-destruction. It's sad. Highly chemicalized and hygienic (sanitizers AREN'T that necessary) lifestyles are probably one of the reasons why we have viruses and diseases that just can't be treated. There are so many bacteria out there that are resistant to the treatments. There are so many people taking antibiotics, antibacterial, antifungal etc. and just pissing it out into our water system. Then other people consume it.. its goes into our food...or lakes and we have shit that we just don’t need in our body.

Frogs creep me out though. I don’t know why they look like a naked turtle.
